“Welfare Therapy” for Corporate Wellness

Founded in 1985 by Antonio Zanon, Studio Zanon has been operating for more than 30 years in Dolo, in the province of Venice, in the field of legal and labour consulting. Attentive to the well-being of its employees, the firm has created a welfare plan tailored to their needs.

Welfare Therapy
Characterised by strong experience in the field of accounting and personnel management, Studio Zanon deals with both private companies and cooperative firms, as well as handling union negotiations and out-of-court litigation management. In the Studio, people are at the centre of the company philosophy: they are the ones who help make a difference. This is the reason behind the creation of a corporate welfare plan called “Welfare Therapy” with the aim of not only looking at economic support for its employees, but also incentivising certain good practices, such as environmental protection or preventive health activities.

Countering the energy crisis with green solutions
In the current energy crisis context, the company has helped employees’ families improve their energy consumption at home, while at the same time providing the tools to consider adopting greener solutions. In fact, within the welfare plan, the Studio decided to provide free counselling to its employees to encourage effective savings on domestic utility costs and their looking into self-production energy systems. The project aims to strengthen the economic stability of employees while encouraging good practices, such as environmental protection and lowered energy consumption, raising awareness among employees about adopting solutions that reduce personal and family CO2 emissions.
